2011-06-29 House votes on Patent Reform

06-29-11 Patent Reform continues in Congress. The House passed a revised form of the America Invents Act bill, which now goes to back the Senate. PTO Fee Diversion is to continue under the House version, although the Senate had earlier voted to end it. The House wants to use PTO patent fees to help finance other parts of the government. In other words, the House voted on a tax on inventing.
